Portapique Market is a community-centered market located on the Cobequid Shore in Nova Scotia.
Established in 2022, it provides consistent access to local food and acts as a hub for community connection, resilience, and inclusion.
As a Good Food Organization through Right to Food Canada, the Market integrates food access, education, and social well-being into all operations.
Our Mission & Vision
Our Mission: To foster a welcoming and inclusive space that strengthens community connection, supports local businesses, and promotes equitable access to fresh, healthy food and learning opportunities for all.
